Hotline Monitoring Tips

In order to assist centers in improving hotline skills we have created the these hotline monitoring tips. These recordings and accompanying slides are about 3 minutes long and feature hotline advocates from around the state that are doing a great job answering the hotline. We hope that it will be a handy tool to use when you are conducting your ongoing hotline training.
