2009 Sexual Assault Awareness Month Successes

Florida did it again with a Capitol press conference and events sponsored by rape crisis centers across the state! SAAM 2009 was another powerful celebration of sexual assault survivors, awareness and outreach events and creative community-based activities including the first ever Presidential SAAM Proclamation. This article highlights some of the events; please use the information to network, collaborate, and generate ideas for next year's events.
