FCASV Statements on COVID-19

March 16, 2020 Update

At this time, the Seeing & Believing in 2020 Biennial Summit is still slated to take place in Kissimmee, FL on May 20-22. FCASV continues to monitor the status of any guidance offered by the Office of the Governor, the Florida Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control.  In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to COVID-19, FCASV will refund registration fees. If the COVID-19 situation results in FCASV changing its conference plans, the Council is also exploring options to postpone the conference to a later date. If the Summit is planned for a later date, registered participants can choose to have their registration fees transferred to the new conference date or choose to have their fees refunded. We will continue to provide timely updates.
