Advanced SANE Training: Chart Reviews

Description:

 This training is designed for Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANES). In this webinar, we will cover peer, supervisor, and medical director chart reviews, as well as provide sample templates.

  • Objectives:

    • Identify at least two purposes for chart review

    • Identify at least two different types of chart reviews

    • Explain the difference between quantitative and qualitative chart reviews

    • Provide examples of constructive feedback
