The Program Leadership Working Group is designed for Rape Crisis Program Coordinators, Managers, and/or Directors to come together and share ideas, concerns, and needs. This will provide a space for members to discuss challenges, share new ideas, and prioritize self-care. This group is open to any position that meets FCASV's Certification requirement on program leadership. EDs and CEOs should not attend, but should instead join the ED Circles.
There is no set structure or training topic; instead, it is an open space for leadership to join and discuss what is most pressing at the moment. Please feel free to share with colleagues as appropriate.
